horrible experience

I wish I could say nice things about this property but my experience with the home owner was anything but pleasant. The house was full of crap when I arrived. The bathrooms had all J's personal belongings in them. I had to clean them out to make room for my stuff. I threw away old loofahs, razors and toothbrushes. Same for the fridge and pantry. I threw away food that had expired months prior to my stay. I'm a pretty chill girl so none of this really bothered me. However, J kept $500 of my security deposit for two small stains. One on a duvet cover and one on a bench in one of the bedrooms. I asked her to send me proof she got the items professionally cleaned and she got extremely nasty with me. She called me and cussed me out and told me to get a lawyer and take her to court. The language she used was so mean and nasty. She also borrowed a suitcase of mine and refuses return. I never once got snappy with her or cussed at her. She's a bully, so just prepare yourself!
