Great experience

I had a great experience staying here for 5 months during my assignment in Seattle. The place was brand new when I moved in and came with all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and really close to Seward park, a beautiful park to go for walk or run. Communication with the David was seamless; he was responsive, welcoming, and ensured everything was in order for my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained and hassle-free short-term rental.

Solid choice

Stayed 3 months, very pleasant experience. No dedicated parking but plenty of street parking. Place was clean on arrival and well furnished. David is very friendly and responsive as he lives upstairs, also provided some useful tips about Seattle.
