Cute studio. Great location near LBMC
I rented from Dave for 6 months and it's one of the better places I've rented on this app. It's a perfect studio for one. Street parking in a cute suburb area. LBMC is around a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk. It's around a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. The price is great for the location, AC and personal laundry. Dave was an easy landlord to have that i would run into occasionally. He was quick to fix anything that arrived and gave plenty of time for warnings when he needed to come in to change the air filter in the AC. I would definitely rent from him again!
