Favorite Seattle flat
What a lovely home. Quiet neighborhood with great walkable shops and the lake. Loved it so much! The retro oven/stove was special. Everything I needed to feel at home was there. Quick drive to work at Swedish downtown. Some days I parked in the Medrona neighborhood and took the bus to work from there. This is the perfect home base for exploring Seattle! I would highly recommend and would love to stay again if I am in the area. I felt like I had privacy and also felt safe. It was nice to visit with Tilly from time to time. I rarely ever ran into the other roommate. It was super easy to move about the house and feel comfortable.

5 star home in 5 star location
Tilly is a very great landlord and has a remarkable and quiet home. The arrangements are great and the views are pretty stunning. The nighorhood might be the biggest selling point. It is incredibly quiet, walking distance from tons of restaurants, and close to some great parks. Ample parking, clean home with regular cleaning service. Would highly recommend.

Safe and Comfortable
Safe and Comfortable home with a great view of Mt Baker, the Seattle skyline, and the Lake Washington I-90 bridge. PCC grocery store is a comfortable walk and the link light rail station to Seatac or downtown is just a $12 uber ride away. Home is always quiet with rarely anyone utilizing the living room or kitchen. Perfect accomodations for Flight Crew staying in domicile.

Peaceful, clean and quiet
If you like a clean and quiet atmosphere, this is your spot. Lots of light looking out to Lake Washington and Mount Baker. Nice views of the Seattle skyline too. Seward Park is very close as is Lake Washington. Small neighborhood restaurants, book store and coffee shop are 10 minutes walk. Landlord is very responsive to requests and lives downstairs.
