Subpar

My family and I stayed here for nearly a year. The hosts were very quick to respond to our concerns. The furniture and cleanliness were subpar and the house needs some serious maintenance. Windows leaked, bunk beds were not the safest, couches and rug needs updating. There is a picnic table on the rooftop but that is all. Definitely not capitalizing on the best part of the house. This backyard is not safe for your pets, the neighbors dog jumped the fence several times and attacked my dogs. Location was convenient but not safe for kids to play out front or ride bikes. Our car was only broken into once. I hope they used the deposit plus extra monthly pet fee they kept from me to update this home.
