My home is a two level 1968 ranch house on a double lot (10,000 sq ft) .
It sits on a cul de sac adjacent to a forested area.
It has a sizable semi-circular driveway that borders a garden area.
The lower patio, where the apartment is entered, has an eco lawn space to hang out which is terraced over the forest zone.

For a "granny flat" within a house, this unit is quite spacious, cozy and overlooks a forested zone. Private entrance, patio area and adjoining landscape adds to the appeal. A family of four or two adults can be comfortable here for long stays.

Absolute Serenity
My wife and I stayed at this property for a month. The landlord, S, was readily responsive and available 24/7 if any assistance was ever needed. The property was neat, clean, and comfortable, albeit a bit old structure. We enjoyed her peaceful setting in the backyard - trees, birds, frogs, deer strolling around. No internet / WIFI issue. Private and safe enough to leave your door unlocked in and out all the time. We would come back next time. Thank you, S!
