Cozy space, great location, awesome hosts!

I stayed her for 3 months for a travel nurse assignment. Not only was it comfortable but it was fully stocked with everything I could need and more. Seriously - the best stocked unit I have ever rented. Location was ideal and I felt very safe. A short walk to Starbucks, the lake, restaurants, and grocery store. I am jealous of whoever gets to stay here in the summer! Street parking was easy and right out front. Hunter and Claire are fantastic hosts. Very responsive while prioritizing privacy. They do have a *cute dog that I could hear occasionally barking or running around upstairs, but it was never a bother even as a night shift worker who sleeps during the day. Seriously could not recommend enough!

Great property for travel nurses!

This was a great place to stay during my 3 month travel contract! It is located in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood with beautiful views of Lake Washington that is also conveniently close to the major hospitals in Seattle. The hosts are very hospitable and did all they could to make sure I was having a great stay. The full kitchen is a nice feature of this property over other comparable ones in Seattle for short term stays. I would definitely try to stay here again if I took another contract in the Seattle area!

I stayed at this property for three months during my internship, and I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, and the hosts were exceptionalvery friendly, respectful, and always available to help. The location is convenient, with public transportation nearby, grocery stores within walking distance or a short bus ride away, and plenty of spots to jog, run, or even swim on warm days. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone. You wont be disappointed!
