I stayed here while on a 3 month contract. The location is on a dead-end road, with two travelers on either side of you. The home is close to both hospitals within town, as well as the downtown area. You can reach most things within town in an easy 15 minute drive. The house itself is an older home that has been remodeled and is comfy inside. I really only utilized one of the three bedrooms, but it was nice to have the extra space. The kitchen was a decent size and was utilized often for cooking/baking. There's one TV in the living room and is a smart TV (there is no Wi-Fi provided, so I used T-Mobile for Internet). There is a nice porch out back and a good sized yard, so in the warmer months this could definitely be enjoyable. There is also a one car garage. Overall, my stay was excellent. The landlord was excellent and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home if you take an assignment in Columbia!
