Great stay at this guest house

I stayed for approximately 2 months at this guest house and it eas very nice. The space is very well kept and cozy, everything you need is there. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great area. I highly recommend this place. I had to leave as the commute was too far for me. Otherwise would have stayed longer.

Family and I needed a short-term rental for 6 months. This was a perfect location as it was in a neighborhood I was very familiar with. We had a small toddler at the time who was just learning to walk and it was comforting to have a safe and secure location that we were familiar with. Shilpa and her family were very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! I stayed here for approximately 4 months for my assignment at John Muir WC. Location was perfect, around 5 mins drive, and grocery stores are also very close by. Shilpa's place is super clean and accommodating. Bed is really comfortable. As a night shift RN, black out curtains were an added bonus and I always slept really well during the day. Shilpa and her family are also wonderful people. When we first moved in, they noticed my car's tire had gone flat and offered us a ride to the mechanic to get it fixed. She also brought food over for us on multiple occasions, which was so sweet of her. Communication was also great and she was very understanding when it came to last minute changes in my contract. Initially, my check out date was at an earlier date but things fell through a bit with the next place last minute. Shilpa was happy to work around the change so we can stay until we need to.

Travelers beware!!

Travelers beware!! This lady will take and keep your money even if your contract cancels! My contract extension was canceled a few days after I moved in here, I immediately informed her of the situation, started looking for another contact and luckily found an assignment 2 hours away with a start date in 2 weeks. I was only here for a total of 17 days yet she decided to charge me AND keep my $1500 deposit for an entire 30 days!! She said she needed a 30 day notice which in this industry as medical travelers is virtually impossible. Do not stay here under any circumstances!
