Great 6-Month Lease Experience

My roommate and I moved from Chicago to San Diego and were looking for short term temporary housing. We rented from the Landlords of this property and it could not have been easier. They were an extremely nice and welcoming couple and made the living process very easy. The unit has two bedrooms with beds and then there is a third bedroom that is used for an office. In the office, there is a futon that can be laid out to make a full bed. This is very nice if guests are visiting. The apt is very spacious and kitchen is up to date. There is a private back patio that is reserved only for this unit which is a very nice feature. The location of the unit is very convienant as you are walking distance to the University Height restaurants on Park Blvd, North Park restuants, Hillcrest resturants and Balboa Park. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone moving to San Diego and looking for an apt that has a very walkable neighborhood. I enjoyed my experience and I would recommend this unit.
