Truly amazing landlord

Veraunda hosted my daughter as a tenant, and I have never felt more at peace with my daughter living across the country. The home is in a great location, in a wonderfully sweet neighborhood and has exceptional security for anxious renters or parents of renters. Aside from the rental space being semi-separate from the rest of the living space, there is a nice lounging area for relaxing when you just need to be away from your bedroom. It's a nice touch for those who want to watch a movie or play video games. Veraunda has a heart of gold and truly has a passion for mentoring young women. With my daughter, Veraunda was close enough to help her navigate life's bumps but gave her enough space for my daughter to learn how to live in her own. Veraunda has great communication skills which was very much appreciated. I feel like my daughter and I have gained a friend for life. Veraunda has been a blessing these last few months, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Going to Miss it

I absolutely loved living here with Ms. Veraunda. She has excellent communication and always strives to make sure her tenants feel comfortable. I was never without everything I needed and was also helped through any bumps we ran into. 10/10!

Spacious and safe

I had the pleasure of meeting the house hostess when my young adult daughter moved in, leaving the west coast for a residency in Orlando. After spending a few days in the area, including sharing a meal with the hostess, I can honestly say that I headed back west with complete confidence that my daughter had found the right place to call home. The home is kept extremely clean, and the tenants live in area is spacious with a bedroom, a separate relaxation/TV room and a personal full bathroom. The hostess is kind and available to make the move-in a smooth transition, which includes having necessary supplies to welcome the tenant from day one. In addition, the home has a security system for increased safety.
