Private 2 Bedroom Home near King of Prussia

Awesome property and A+ location. Highly recommended.

This property is great, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The house itself is welcoming and cozy with an updated kitchen, nice dining room area, and a large living room with plenty of windows and natural light. The bedrooms are spacious, and the entire place is furnished with anything that you could need. There's a large driveway with plenty of parking space and both a front and back yard to enjoy, including a firepit in the backyard. The home is located on a quiet street and the neighbors are friendly and also mind their own business. The location is exceptional being located in Montgomery County - you're close to groceries, restaurants, entertainment, bars, and anything else that you could want. Also very close to Evansburg state park and plenty of other parks/green spaces. It's convenient to get in and out of downtown Philadelphia as well, only being ~40 minutes away. The property is well maintained and perfect for a short stay or a long term living situation.

My travel partner and I had the best time with our stay here. We felt at home and had no issues during our time here. The neighbors were extremely welcoming as well! If we find ourselves back in the area we would love to stay again!

An exceptional long-term stay, great location, and amazing landlord

I was lucky enough to stay in this home for 10 months! The home is spacious, clean, and filled with all of the amenities that you need. Kitchen is super updated with brand new appliances. The king bed in the master (where I slept) is suuuuper comfortable. It's quiet, peaceful, and private. I always slept incredibly well. The house is warm in the winter and cool in the summer! The yard is beautiful and the area is gorgeous - state park nearby for nature lovers like me. Landlord is extremely reliable, friendly, flexible, and an amazing person. Even dropped off brand new laundry baskets, organizers, and an extra brand-new quilt when I moved in. The location is perfect - very safe, close to highways, great grocery stores, shopping, gyms, Valley Forge National Park, Skippack! I am so grateful for the time spent in this home. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a furnished rental in the area!

Best Short Term Rental

I couldn't have asked for a better rental experience while working in the area! The location was fantastic, close to everything but still out of the way so that it didn't feel like the city. I felt super safe and secure throughout my whole stay. The property is beautiful, sitting outside was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The driveway was a huge plus. The inside of the house is well taken care of, the appliances are in great shape, king bed is very comfortable! C is the best landlord seriously! He's super respectful and reliable, any issue I had he quickly dealt with. He truly wants his tenants to have a good experience! Overall I would 100% stay here again if working in the area!
