I had a lovely experience living in this apartment! The space is bright and welcoming, with large southern-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light throughout the day. The decor is charming, with an earthy, cozy vibe that immediately feels like home. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and theres ample parking space, which was super convenient. I also appreciated the added security of a Ring camera with automated lights it gave me extra peace of mind. The landlords live next door and are fantastic! They are very responsive and easy to reach if you need anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the apartment can get a bit cold, especially during winter. Heating is provided by two plug-in space heaters, which work well but may require some adjusting depending on your preference. Overall, this apartment has so many great features, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bright, stylish, and well-cared-for place to call home!

I had the pleasure of renting from M and Z during my stay, and I must say they were exceptional hosts. Every issue I encountered was swiftly and efficiently resolved, demonstrating their dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience for their tenants. For those contracted with St. Joseph Hospital, the location is ideal, with a mere 5-minute drive to the facility. Additionally, the proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, and downtown Eureka adds to the convenience of the location. Although occasional viewings from potential clients occurred during my lease, it was never a significant inconvenience. Street parking was ample, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Furthermore, having access to their laundry was a definite plus, and I never encountered any issues with their use. Overall, my experience renting from M and Z was positive, and I would highly recommend their property to others seeking a comfortable and convenient living arrangement.
