Enjoyed our stay in remodeled Felida house

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the amenities and thoughtful touches provided by Tom. It was our first experience paying a host directly via Venmo for a short term rental, and Tom was well organised and easy to deal with. The house was very clean, newly remodelled and well appointed. Tom has included everything about the housed in the detailed listing. It looks exactly like the photos so there were no surprises. During the stay we had no major issues. While Tom was on vacation outside of the US for a couple of weeks we could contact him via text message and he made himself available if we needed anything and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There was a small issue with the dishwasher and Tom managed to get a technician to come and fix the problem on the 4th of July holiday, which was pretty impressive, especially since he managed to pull it off while he was all the way in London! We really appreciated Toms hospitality and professionalism.

Perfect Little Gem

We were very fortunate to find this wonderful home to stay in the last six months as we relocated back to Washington. The house has been completely remodeled and is absolutely stunning as well as tastefully decorated! The home is fully stocked with everything you may need to be comfortable during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient to many restaurants and nearby shopping. Not only is Tom is the best landlord ever; he was great with communication and always available if needed. We would absolutely recommend this property and honestly if we didn't have so many things from our prior house that we now need to store we would likely ask to extend our stay indefinitely!

Great place with everything you need !

This was a really great place to stay! Recently renovated, new and comfortable. Had everything we need as a family for our 2 1/2 month stay. All the beds were comfy and great sizes. Bathrooms were new and really nice. The kitchen is new and perfect for our big teenager family with all the needs to cook and be together. Tom is a wonderful host, very responsive, and easy to speak to. He was very welcoming, which was very much appreciated since we were in relocation transition. The location is good. Close to shopping and food options. Quick drive to downtown Vancouver and an easy drive to PDX, which I drove daily for my work nearby. Easy connection to I5 and I205. If you need a very nice 3 bedroom. or just a great place with more space, I highly recommend!!!

Comfortable, beautiful home

This beautiful home is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. I lived here for 3 months while looking for a house to buy. Everything you need is provided with comfortable beds, nice kitchenware, new furniture and appliances. The owners are kind and considerate and are available should you need anything. I highly recommend this rental, especially if you'd like to be in a true home-away-from-home in a great neighborhood!
