Comfortable, Safe and Scenic Stay

I stayed here for about six months and had a genuinely great experience. The place felt cozy and homey, with modern decor that made it really comfortable to come back to every day. I especially loved the view, watching the sunset over the mountains from the living room window was something I looked forward to. The kitchen had all the basics I needed for cooking, and the neighbors were super friendly and respectful. The backyard also has a nice outdoor area to sit and relax, which was a great bonus. The neighborhood itself felt very safe. I never had a package stolen or any issues with noise, which made things that much more relaxing. Chris was great, very responsive and accommodating, especially with my unique situation of splitting rent with someone else. He really worked with me to make it all seamless. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
