5 star for location , style , cleanliness & neighborhood. Landlord is EXTREMELY clean and private . 3 star because 0 REVIEWS! I took a chance here against my better judgement, there were no reviews . Pictures are deceiving,ask questions about your living space. If you are used to comfort in your bedroom .This home has basic bedroom essentials. Bring your owns linens, mattress topper & towels:I stained landlord's dish rag with a yellow stain so bring those too. Down stairs living room has access to TV with internet {bedroom does not }. Basic internet . Have all your own subscriptions to log into TV. Front door access is electronic keyless . If you have issues with malfunction of keyless pad [I did the first two weeks of my stay } You can purchase an actual key for 90 dollars non refundable. Be careful coming home late if your a shift late night worker . There is a huge raised crack leading to front door stairs. Any issue with living arrangement - READ LEASE IN DETAIL EA.WORD!
