A truly beautiful stay and hidden gem!
I was in working as travel healthcare worker at Marshall Hospital in Placerville this Winter. I truly couldn't recommend this property more! Chris's hospitality is truly unmatched! From the moment I connected with Chris on the phone, he has been so kind, welcoming, helpful with giving me great insight into the area, and a wonderful communicator throughout my stay. He truly wants his guests to have an incredible and relaxing stay. This property is stunning, well kept, and spacious. The neighborhood is so peaceful and serene, yet close to I-50 and an easy/scenic drive to Tahoe and the Placerville, Folsom, greater Sacramento area! I will really miss living in this amazing home. Should I return to the area for work in the future, this property would be my first choice!

Amazing and accommodating property!
My friend and I recently stayed here as medical PA students for rotations and the owner was very accommodating for us! Easy check in, very clean appliances and spacious living. Beautiful property that is great for walking or running nearby. No complaints at all! Would recommend for anyone and especially healthcare workers needing a place.

Stunning property!
Staying here was an absolute pleasure. Everything about the place was top notch. Very clean, everything worked, all appliances were top of the line, and tons of space for a very reasonable price! Location was prime in the Sierra Mountains surrounded by towering pines just minutes from a gorgeous lake! Chris the land lord was incredibly nice and accommodating. Always kind and responsive to any need. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Beautiful Property
Beautiful property in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Very spacious with lots of surrounding forest views. The property has 3 decks as well as a very nice Weber Grill that heats to 550 degrees in about 5 minutes. It also features a very nice woodburning stove with plenty of wood to burn in addition to a very efficient gas heated HVAC system. and 3 BR with very comfortable mattresses and 2 BA. Its perfectly centrally located 1 hr to Sacramento and 1 hour to South Lake Tahoe. The Owner is super friendly and very accomadating. `If you are there in the winter, be prepared for heavy snowfall during the peak winter months.
