great property!

brian is a great landlord. hes so accommodating, responds quickly, and has great recommendations for the area. we loved being so close to the T so we could get downtown quickly if we wanted to. the apartment building is pretty basic and slightly outdated (but thats almost all the housing in boston) but it had everything we needed. we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

This is a great apartment to stay at while working in the area. It had everything I needed. I worked at a hospital about 15 minutes away in Winchester. Somerville is a nice area, lots of shops and restaurants. I loved viewing the public art on the nearby Somerville Community Path. It is very walkable and public transport friendly. Best part is the 3 minute walk to the Magoun Square T stop (Boston rail system) which will get you into the middle of the city in 15-20 minutes! Brian is an excellent landlord, very responsive and accommodating.

Quiet retreat

I stayed at this unit for 6 months during winter, spring, and summer. I had a very positive experience here. I was working a night shift during my contract, and the property was very quiet for day sleeping. Did you read that there is a parking spot, that is huge in the Boston-area! The apartment comes with a small collection of kitchen implements, a full-sized fridge and a dishwasher. There's laundry, trash and recycling on site. There's a keyed entryway to the building so I felt very safe receiving packages, food and grocery delivery. The neighborhood has a couple great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. It's a quick drive to several great grocery stores. Hop on the nearby green line ( a three minute walk depending on your stride) you're down in Boston in an hour. The apartment runs warm, but between the Living Room unit and the portable AC provided I stayed comfortable. Recs: Dakzen, Big Belly Deli, Halal Guys, Zaruma Gold coffee
