A wonderful Apartment in lower level of a house, with a larger sliding glass door to the private patio and back yard area. Very easy to get to several area hospitals and CT shoreline attractions. Grocery and retails stores nearby as well. The unit features a bedroom with Full sized bed and bathroom, laundry in unit, kitchenette and living and dining areas. A very homely place to stay while away from home.

Amazing Host & Very nice space
The space was super clean and had everything I needed. The host was so wonderful & friendly and if I ever needed anything she was always there to help. Highly recommend.

This place is beautifully decorated and the homeowner and is so kind. One of the best places I've stayed.

Not so good as expected
The place is a small lower unit with a small bedroom and washroom, offers a small/mid-sized refrigerator, couch, TV, washer, dryer, and parking space but no burner to cook. The place is quiet, so it may be a good place if you like it. The unit comes with small windows in the drawing and bedroom. During the night, the bedroom gets choky with the window closed and the fan available can not merely help (no air-conditioning, only heating for the winter). The fan has a built-in light attached to it. The fan gets turned off and the light gets turned on automatically, multiple times, in the middle of the night. I did not get any help to fix that problem during my stay. Many nights I could not have had a good night's sleep due to that. The unit comes with old and delicate showpieces/mirrors, and a couple of them fell apart automatically, probably due to weak adhesive, and a deduction for the full prices had been made from the security deposit. To get to the entrance, there is a rock with an uneven surface that needs to be climbed up/down which might be uncomfortable for someone old and/or with a bad ankle.
