Great stay, Great host
John was a fantastic hostfriendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beauty in Martinez California
The house is immaculate. Perfect setup for one person. Everything is included. The LL (John) has 2 bedrooms blocked for his own use but he doesnt live there. The 3rd bedroom is open and available. There is a living room, dining room, and kitchen for easy living. Kitchen is complete with everything you need. The living room has a TV and computer workstation if needed. 1 bathroom with shower and tub. I stayed 6 months with no issues. The LL came over to cut the lawn and fix some incidentals but was respectful with my privacy. The house is located right off the 680 and 20 minutes from John Muir in Walnut Creek and Concord. If you want a nice place to stay with plenty of room and privacy I could recommend John whole heartedly.
