Lovely host

I had a great stay with Jermaine. He was very accommodating to me and my cat. The unit is clean and clutter free. There is plenty of space to unpack clothes and make yourself at home. Bed was super comfy. Most importantly, I felt safe in his home. I would definitely rent from Jermaine again.

Super pet friendly and affordable!

Jermaine was super responsive, friendly, and flexible and this space was the most pet-friendly spot I've ever stayed! My dog was super comfortable and it's just a few hours from the park. I had some scheduling changes and Jermaine was extremely flexible and gracious as I made adjustments. Super kind!

Great stay, awesome host!

I had a great time staying at Jermaine's place! There are plenty of thoughtful touches. For example, lint rollers were provided when I told him I was bringing my cats. The location is extremely walkable, blocks away from Patterson Park, and the neighborhood is vibrant and hip. There's always something to do or see. As a host, J is incredible. He's thoughtful, funny, and easygoing, and he made me feel welcomed the minute I arrived. I can't recommend Jermaine's place enough -- staying here was an awesome experience, and it felt a lot like crashing at a friend's place.
