Beautiful Studio Suite

Awesome Place!

Place was awesome, LL was accommodating, always made sure the tenants taken care of! Great place, quiet and spacious. I was in the downstairs unit. Loved it so much!

Not quite as advertised

This is actually a home with 2 bedrooms on the main floor,(separate basement apartment space) not "entire unit", and rooms are rented out co-ed. I made my preference clearly known to the landlord , I only rent shared spaces with other females. Surprise , 24 hour notice there would be a male moving in across from my bedroom, which at the time had no lock. I had to demand a lock be placed on my bedroom door before the male tenant moved in. LL did comply. She, the LL, enters your room weekly, on her timeline, even if you convey you would possibly be working nights on call, her response was she would be "quiet' while cleaning your personal and private space. Positives: area is safe and neighborhood is lovely. About 10 minutes from Mercy and St.Luke's Hospitals, convent ly located near everything. I chose to leave and find another place, as I do not share co-ed space for personal reasons.

The property itself is nice, however there is no consideration for the sleep hygiene of a night shift worker. Did not have privacy or the feeling of home away from home with the continuous frequent drop ins at odd hours of the day. Host is task oriented and disregards the needs of guest despite proper communication. For what guest pay you would expect a more professional approach.

Amazing Property/Management

This property is stunning, and the location is perfect. It's right in town, but you feel like you're in the country. The management was super easy to work with and very quick to communicate. They even have weekly housekeeping! Recommend 100%.

Incredible find!

This property is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the things I could need! The furnishings are lovely and the accommodations are perfectly suited for a traveler like me! B was so great to work with and Ill be back when Im working in the area again!
