Incredible unit, excellent landlord!
I stayed in Sunshine Studio for 5 months in 2023 and it could not have been a better experience. The unit is entirely new, completed right before I moved in, and has been designed to be a comfortable and convenient living space. The design is clean and modern, which I loved. The best thing about the location is that the unit faces a gorgeous open space area. The views were so peaceful and really made this location something special. The shower is awesome! The landlord was warm, welcoming, a great communicator, and was attentive to all of my needs. I highly recommend renting this beautiful property.
