Just What I Needed!

I needed a place to stay while I worked on a short work contract in North Philadelphia while also helping my brother in South Philadelphia. Carole's lovely studio was a perfect home base! Easy, convenient street parking and quick access to the Broad Street Subway line via the bus 1 block away! The space itself was perfect for my needs. Comfy bed, nice desk for a work station, and ample space to store all my clothes and spread out! Carole was a fantastic host and treated me like family. She was quick to respond and solve any issue I had, and even would solve issues before they even started! Would definitely stay with her again!

Great Host, Great Location, Great Value

I was in Philly for medical treatment. I needed a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I found it with this rental. The host is very pleasant, thoughtful and a delight to get to know. I felt comfortable and the rental became my refuge doing my month in Philly. The location is close to a number of Philly hospitals and it's a quick trip into Center City and the Philly suburbs. I thought parking would be a problem but it was not. I always found a spot within a block of the rental. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

Great stay at this location! Very private and perfect for Philadelphia hospitals! Property owner is very kind and accommodating. Safe and friendly neighborhood with good parking. Unit is very nice!

Great Stay

The owner was amazing really sweet and took care of me the whole entire time. No complaints really just a little hard to find parking after 8pm. Overall great stay would stay again if I came back to the area

Great location

The space was very private. The landlord/roommate was always so accommodating and respectful. Safe neighborhood. Working private kitchen space and bathroom. Fast internet. Driving distance for tourist attractions. Ideal space for short term obligations. I am a traveling nurse and couldnt have asked for a better deal on location and perks of this space.
