Two room suite located upstairs in a large home. Jack and Jill style, 1 bedroom and a living room with a large private bathroom. Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The rooms a tastefully decorated. Two closets located in the living room and a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. The living room can be changed to a second bedroom if you would like.
Neighborhood overview
This is an oasis in the middle of town. There are two small farms on either side of us and a 3 acre field out back separates us from any neighborhood. We are 1/2 mile from Patterson road which is one of the main roads in Grand Junction. Gas station is 1/2 mile away and grocery store is 1 mile away.

Happy farm
I had a lot of space to myself; it felt like I had my own apartment and the kitchenette had everything I needed. Beautiful views of Mt Garfield and the Mesa from the windows. A and E are the best people in town to rent from, whether you want your space or are feeling social. I wish I could have stayed longer, highly recommend this place especially if you love animals!
