Historic Urban Loft at the Beach

The unit is the third floor of The Escallonia building in Lincoln City. Two flights of stairs are the only access to the apartment. The unit is a 6 bedroom apartment, but we are starting by opening up 4 rooms for this rental and locking two of them off for our storage.
