A Welcoming Space!
This space was excellent for me to stay at while I was working in a downtown Philly on a contract, close to both subway and bus stops. The space has new appliances and a modern feel, spacious, and a cozy design. The landlords are flexible, kind, and communicative. Would stay again!

Wonderful Property
This property was wonderful and the owners were very accommodating. The space was spacious and well-maintained. Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, roughly a mile walk to Center City, and right next to a Septa subway stop which makes commuting very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone who would be staying in the area.

Highly Recommend
Wonderful property!! The top unit was taken however the owners were nice enough to suggest this unit as an option. It was great! Very limited stairs and touch code lock. The unit feels very large for a studio unit and there is a beautiful kitchen. The owners are amazing and couldn't ask for better landlords. Also super close to x2 grocery stores and many coffee shops and a great bread spot. I would stay here again in a second!

Wonderful Stay!
This property was wonderful and so were the owners. The space was very clean and spacious. They were always willing to help and were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Great place to stay
My first time working in P, I stayed here 3 months, and everything was good. Property is well-supplied with essentials (linens, kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, etc.). Host is VERY helpful and welcoming. Bed was super comfy, It was safe, clean, quiet, convenient, excellent location. Have a Target, Sprouts and Starbucks close by. I highly recommend!
