From a travel nurse working at Childrens - I lived in the basement unit here for about a year. This place is so close to work, walk or drive! Very clean, newly renovated and spacious for plenty of storage! Sarah is easy to communicate with, and very helpful as a landlord with anything that needed attention. Would come back if I end up living in Colorado again!
