Park Towers Fall 2025

I recently stayed in Unit 1701 at Park Towers on a mid-term, four-month lease. The photos online did not do the unit justicethe space was even better in person. Sage Property Partners made the entire process smooth and simple, and move-in was a breeze. My stay was excellent. The residents of Park Towers were friendly and always willing to help. I also appreciated having a staffed front desk available 24/7. The unit itself was well appointed and very comfortable. I would like to give special thanks to Andora for her helpfulness in making the experience so pleasant. Although my time in Columbus has come to an end, I plan to stay at this location again in the future. Park Towers is convenient to everythingdowntown, Easton, the Short North, Bexley, and more. And you cant forget beautiful Franklin Park right across the street.

FELT LIKE HOME!

My wife & I stayed at Park Towers rentals in Columbus, OH, for three months. Miss Andora was absolutely amazing, quick to respond to any questions or requests we had & made us feel right at home. We love that she even had a guidebook to the city's hotspots since it was our first time in town. She & the front desk staff will always have a special place in our hearts (hi, everyone, we miss you!!). Guests of residents are required to sign in & the doors are kept closed, with the exeption of package deliveries & residents with key fobs. So you will feel very safe here! There is plenty of parking available & the gated lot, which is also only accessible with a transponder, was a huge plus that made us feel like the car was secure at night. It was plowed daily during the snowy winter, but even if we had to take off before the plows arrived, it was not a hassle to get in or out of the lot.

Great Location & Condo

Temporarily worked in the Columbus area and found this condo on FF. Really like the location because it is close to Columbus airport, freeways, restaurants, etc. The condo was very clean, free & secure parking, high speed internet & desk in the unit that allowed to work remotely when needed. It was in high rise condo complex which felt I was staying at a luxury hotel. The front desk staff are great and very helpful. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Location/Trendy Decor

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo because of its great location, secure and FREE parking and all of this high rise condos amenities onsite gym, secure package delivery, metropolitan park across the street and short walking distance to the East Market. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host made check-in simple and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again while working in downtown Columbus.
