Both rooms are exceptional

The rooms were clean, peaceful & so is the neighborhood. Ideal for UCI facilities. I would rent again!

I stayed here for 8 months and it was lovely! Linda is so sweet and the house is very clean and cute. I had every accommodation I needed and I really felt at home here. I am going to miss staying here very much. I felt safe and Linda is very trustworthy. The other roommates that came and went were also very friendly and pleasant and respectful

Amazing stay

I had an amazing experience staying here. The landlord is selfless, always considerate of others needs, and maintains a clean, peaceful living environment. She always makes sure everyone is comfortable. U will feel respected and supported while living here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy, safe, and peaceful home away from home!

I stayed at L's place for 1 month for a clinical rotation I was placed in nearby, and it was wonderful! L was very welcoming, respectful of my space, time, and things, and easy to get along with. I appreciated the shelves set aside in the fridge and cabinets. I had my own parking spot, keys, and could come and go as I pleased. She was also very organized, the other person staying there was also very kind and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a space to stay in for temporary, even long lengths at a time.

Safe, comfortable, and great location

I originally moved here thinking it'd be a short-term stay but ended up staying for 2 years. The landlord makes this place home: providing your own storage space in the laundry room and kitchen, keeping the house clean, and demonstrating kindness while maintaining boundaries. I was able to work from home during my hybrid office schedule. Not only is the house safe but also placed in a convenient location - 5 minutes away from the grocery store and various restaurants/cafes. Other than the occasional Disneyland fireworks, the neighborhood is quiet so you will get a good night's rest. Parking is easy (street sweeping only 2 days/month). Great place, thanks L!

Excellent Value, Quiet and Clean

Great room for rent! The landlady is very communicative and friendly and there are various appliances available for you to use. Central location, quiet neighborhood and household. Fast Wi-Fi overall a pleasant surprise.
