Perfect spot to stay
Great place to stay for my travel nursing assignment at IU Health North in Carmel, IN. The location is quiet but convenient with plenty of shopping nearby, and my commute was less than 15 minutes. The room is big with nice closet space, has a mini fridge and smart tv, and the bathroom was perfect too. Driveway parking and washer/dryer available as well; you have everything you need and Lisa is great!

I'm so happy I chose to stay here! From the very first interaction, Lisa was friendly and kind and so accommodating! Communication was awesome and any issues were taken care of right away. The space is updated, comfy, and has everything you'd need. The location is great, very quiet and shaded by trees, but it's also super close to all kinds of shopping including a Trader Joe's less than 5 minutes away. It's so nice to come home to somewhere peaceful after a busy day at work. Lisa's cat Zara won't bother you at all if you're not into cats, but if you are, she's an absolute joy to have around. Highly recommend this rental!! :)

Perfect place for short term stay
This place was perfect for me traveling back and forth from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis for work. L is a great host and respectful roommate. Communication was always great and I always felt welcome. It is a 5 minutes drive to ascension Indianapolis which was perfect for me. The room darkening blinds came in handy for me since i worked night shift. Very quiet neighborhood that is very nice and safe. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If youre looking for a private space with a great roommate look no further. Thank you L for a great stay!
