Great area and property, safe neighborhood with a convenient and fun location

This is a great property and area, with a very convenient location where restaurants, the gym, coffeshops, etc are all nearby. About a 5 min drive down to the beach and Chambers Bay, Point Defiance, and the Ruston waterfront are all about 10-15 minutes away. I had not been to Tacoma before and I had heard mixed things about certain areas not being safe and where to avoid. I feel very lucky to have chosen University Place, as well as this specific property with its stunning views of the puget sound, cascade mountains from the porch, and Mount Rainier from the kitchen and front yard. Mary has also been very kind, accommodating, and approachable which has made my first contract and being across the country from my home in Boston much easier. I`d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great and beautiful location, as well as an accommodating stay.
