The bathroom is located in the hallway and is primarily used only by the tenant, however, it is sometimes used as a guest bathroom when friends come to visit. The kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room, and pool are shared spaces.

Spacious and Private Upstairs Room to Ourselves
My spouse and I needed to stay in Murfreesboro and this place checked all our boxes! - Upstirs bathroom with shower - Dedicated central AC and heating - Ceiling fan - Walk in closet space to store our things - Lots of natural light from many windows - Quiet neighborhood yet conveniently situated close to the highway - There is a locking door to the upstairs - Costco is a 5 minute drive; Walmart within 20 minutes driving - Tons of food places around The property owners live downstairs and they are a quiet pair. We were able to use the kitchen utensils and the laundry appliances with no fuss. 10/10 would visit again should the need arise.
