Great landlord and great stay
We have been blessed with such a hospitable landlord and comfy home for the 9 months we been in Colorado. David provided us with a great place and always stayed in contact with us if we ever needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. If you need a place in the Springs look no further.

Amazing!
Fantastic location with lots of trails within walking distance. Family friendly neighborhood that felt safe for a single female. David was one of the best hosts, I would highly recommend.
