New Private 1BR/1BA Unit In San Diego's Prime South Park Neighborhood Near Downtown

Peaceful, modern ADU, in a beautiful part of the world!

This ADU is large, comfortable, bright, and peaceful - everything you need for a solo or couple stay. I stayed here for 2 months during my studies in San Diego, and I loved the unit, the hospitality, and the surrounding South Park area. Mo and his wife are excellent hosts, you get the immediate feeling that they are really passionate about making sure you're comfortable. They will say hi to see how you're going, without invading your privacy or making it awkward. Mo went above and beyond for me, even helping me find my next short-term accommodation - I really appreciate it. The South Park area has so much to offer, including peaceful canyons walks, shops, cafes, and bars, while still feeling like a safe country town just moments from the park, zoo, and city. Highly recommended for medium to long term stay!

Excellent South Park Rental

If you are interested in a quiet, comfortable rental in the South Park area, I cannot recommend this unit enough. This property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but within a short distance from nearby restaurants and cafes in South Park. The apartment was clean and comfortable for my entire stay. The unit itself was furnished and had all the amenities that I needed including a full kitchen which was great during my multi-month stay. The host and his family were incredibly gracious and accommodating during my time there. I highly recommend this rental to anyone interested.
