Great place to land! The living space is more than comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and peaceful. Sitting out on the deck at dusk, seeing Blue Hill in the distance, and watching the fading sun reflect off the pond... well, you get a grand place here. And Dan has been absolutely great. He checked in frequently to ask how things were going, to see if I had questions. He's warm and gracious - the best. The Blue Hill community has alot going on, even during the off-season. I'm hoping to come back next year.
Dan is a great landlord, respects privacy, and is responsive to questions and concerns. Beautiful property and close to Blue Hill Hospital, along with many many things to do in the surrounding area.

I work full time in Blue Hill from May- November. I also rent the upstairs apartment of my home on Air BnB during this time. During the Winter months it is quiet here and I tend to be out of town. The air BnB market is also quiet during this time and I like to rent the upstairs of my home for longer periods. Officially I live in the unit downstairs (which has its own entrance and is completely private from the upstairs), but I'll be spending most of next Winter and early Spring in New York City.
