Wonderful Space in A Great Neighborhood
I absolutely enjoyed my stay here due to several reasons. First off the space feels cozy and has all the necessities to feel right at home. I could have quite literally brought just a bag of clothes and not needed anything else. The kitchen is stocked with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator which isnt always the case in some listings. Additionally, the living room is apart from the bedroom which makes the unit feel very spacious. Also, the walk-in wardrobe was an added bonus as it could be used as a storage space or for clothes as there is already drawers in the bedroom. It can get a little cold but the heaters work wonderfully so it wasnt a real issue. Lastly, the location of the unit is just a short walk to Trader Joes, the laundromat, great local restaurants and Alamo Square which makes it a prime place to be in. Communicating with the landlord was easy and they made me feel welcomed into their space. If I had any issues, they would respond in a very timely manner. I honestly could not recommend this place enough.

Perfect stay
I stayed in this basement unit for three months and absolutely LOVED it. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Communication with the owner was very smooth, they made everything very easy for me and always offered their help, I couldnt have been luckier in that sense. Ive never felt so welcome in a new home! In terms of the actual apartment, all the appliances worked without any issues, the house was pristinely clean and every detail was cared for. The bathroom was large, so was the wardrobe. Plenty of storage space. Good WiFi. Great kitchen (oven, stove, microwave). Double queen bed. Washer and dryer in a laundromat just around the corner from the house (very easy). The neighbourhood (Hayes Valley) is lovely and very close to a lot of places. The house is situated in a very safe and nice part of the neighbourhood (just 2 blocks from Alamo Square). I fell in love with the area. Great experience. Perfect stay in San Francisco for a few months!
