Perfect stay for traveling healthcare professionals

I stayed here for 3 months with my boyfriend for a clinical rotation! We were more than pleased with the place in terms of location, amenities, and overall quality. It was the perfect location to get to places all over Denver with a 10 minute drive downtown. It is also 10 minutes away from a charming area called Olde Town Arvada. It is safe around the condo and surrounding apartment buildings though use caution if walking far off "campus" as we liked to call it. We used the yoga studio in the building frequently for workouts, but there are also gyms and stores within a 10 minute drive as needed. The mail room is safely locked and accessible and the building itself is always locked but easy to access. In terms of Kathleen's unit, it is very well stocked with any supplies you may need. It is clean and welcoming as you may see in the pictures. We had plenty of space between the two of us and even hosted some friends for get togethers.

Perfect apartment and host!

I have stayed in quite a few furnished apartments as a traveler and I have to say this has been my favorite one! The apartment itself is safe, and stocked with everything you could ever need. It was beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home. Kathleen was so wonderful my whole stay. She checked in and made sure I had everything I needed. She was always so quick to respond and ensured I had the easiest and best stay! She also gave some great recommendations for the area which were so appreciated. I would stay again in an instant and would recommend to anyone!

Great host and great place!

Kat was a great host! She communicated well and was always available when/if needed. Her place was well decorated, functional, and very clean which is always appreciated. She even offered to take out any furniture and decor if we needed for our own preference. I without question would recommend staying at her place. Thanks again Kat!

Great stay in Denver!

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is super convenient just minutes from downtown and close to all the shops and restaurants on Tennyson. The place itself is beautifully decorated and feels really welcoming. The landlord is incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
