Absolutely recommend this stay!

We were close enough to Asheville that we could get anything we needed from the city easily. We were even closer to downtown Black Mountain which is so charming BUT we were also tucked away in the mountains in nature where we didn't have to see or hear city life if we didn't want to. The view is beautiful! The indoor fire place worked like a charm. You could be out on the porch sipping coffee with the view or move onto the screened in porch where it feels like you're in a tree house. We just loved it here. If you want to witness the leaves change with the fall season, then this is the place. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating - we really appreciated that. There's also a market up the road on Sunday's where you can buy local goods and meet some of the locals. The drive to and from the cottage is also breathtaking - you'll see cows and horses and creeks/rivers and Mountain View's. Grateful to have booked this place!
