Best rental property in town!

The apartment was super clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled which was really nice. Modern appliances, comfortable furniture, and a kitchen stocked with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again as it is also very competitively priced. Francisco was very attentive and helpful.

Stay at Farmington, NM

I'm very happy I stayed here while working on my assignment. The place is impeccably clean, one of the best locations (close to restaurants and stores) and a very attentive landlord. Francisco was very kind and helpful throughout my stay, highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place to stay!

This place was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The landlord did a great job with making the apartment look nice. There is just about everything you need here so no need to overpack. The landlord was also very nice and attentive if any issues were to arise. The other tenants were also very polite and respectful during my stay. The place is also in a nice neighborhood and about 3 min away from the hospital which was perfect. Plenty of parking space for everyone. Overall 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home

Stayed here during my time in Farmington. The apt was minutes away from the hospital, laundromat and food places. Cozy and “felt like home” away from home. The owner was friendly and attentive. Would def stay again if life brings me back west!

Comfy and Quiet

I had a wonderful stay a this property. I stayed in unit 2, downstairs and the apartment was very clean, private and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a bathtub after long shifts. I was told by a neighbor that my apt was the only one with a tub. The location was ideal; quiet, safe and extremely close to the hospital. I was able to ride an electric scooter to and from work with ease in about 6 minutes. The wall unit air conditioner cooled the apartment perfectly, and the price felt fair for everything included. There's also a laundromat right around the corner, which was convenient. The owner was responsive, kind, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely recommend this property to friends.

Amazing Property

My stay at this property exceeded my expectations, this unit is exceptional for traveling professionals! It's modern, comfortable and cozy, makes you feel at home while being away from home. Ideal for long-term stays. The host was very helpful and professional. Overall an extremely positive experience, VERY pleased with my stay.

Perfect accommodations

This is the cutest little apartment plenty for one or two people fully stocked with all the needs of a kitchen. Very comfortable bed couch ice cold air conditioning. The landlord is amazing. Never had a issue with anything in the house brand new appliances all the comforts of home if there was one place to stay in Farmington, New Mexico, I would certainly pick one of the four units and it's beautiful building. Thanks to give for a wonderful stay and I certainly will look you up if I get to come back to Farmington anytime soon.

This was a perfect place for a temporary stay. Clean, quiet and close to everything. The property management was always extremely helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Unit 3

I had a great experience here. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet! The owner was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entirety of my 3 month stay here. It is a short and easy drive to SJRMC, it took me around 5 minutes to get to work. Less than 10 minutes to the nearest Walmart and Starbucks! Walking distance to downtown with lots of great food options. I adored the neighbors on both sides of the apartment building as well. I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to Farmington!

Unit 4

AMAZING place!!!! For the last 3 months, I have occupied unit 4 and couldn't be happier with my choice of stay. The fully furnished, modern, and clean unit provided everything I needed to be comfortable. A perfect location with plenty of parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This property is conveniently located close to SJRMC, shopping stores, local entertainment, and laundromats. The owner is kind, attentive, and provided a quick and painless application process. I highly recommend this property if you're considering a stay in Farmington, NM.

The Perfect Apartment in Farmington

The apartment building is conveniently located 3-5 minutes from the hospital, two blocks from downtown Farmington, and is close to many shops, convenience stores, and there is a Walmart and Safeway store a short distance away. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Despite being a 4-unit building, I never heard my neighbors while in Unit #1. The surrounding neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. You will have to get a PO Box since the city of Farmington wont deliver mail or packages here since there isnt a mailbox. Highly recommend this apartment, would definitely rent again.

Quiet Unit in great location

I am currently at unit 3 upstairs until August 23rd. The owner has been great! Helpful, considerate, and responsive. The bed is cozy, the couch is comfy, the unit is spacious and perfect for me. Plus, I am so close to SJRMC! Door to unit - 7 minutesish! You can't beat that. I use the apache laundry place 1 minute away. The 2 neighbors are super friendly and parking is great. The window AC heats or cools very well! There is a coffee pot, set of dishes/utensils for 4, a blender, a tea kettle, some towels, one set of linens, pillows, an extra blanket. There is no US mailbox so you will have to get a USPS post office box for $50. Fedex, UPS, instacart, ubereats, and grub hub all drop off here no problem :) Days off I walk, ride to the river, drive 20 min to Lake Farmington, or explore the beautiful 4 corners. I would come back again in a heartbeat! I hope to return next spring. Will write another review at checkout, but 10 out of 10 recommend this property.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the hospital. Landlord very responsive and reachable if needed. Equipped with needed essentials. Nice place for 1 maybe 2 people! Had a comfortable stay in Farmington!

Cozy apartment unit

Ive had a great experience staying here. The unit is newly renovated. Really clean and neat spot to stay at. Full furnished, with everything you might need. Comfortable place to stay at, WiFi works great. Quite and safe community. Super close to any grocery stores. Walking distance to downtown and Civic center. 5 minute drive to San Juan medical center hospital. 4 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the Apache laundromat. Landlord was great, friendly super attentive and quick to anything you might need always a text or phone call away. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome place to stay

This Place is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay here for sure , everything is brand new and the landlord is amazing!!!!!!! There is no washer and dryer, however there is a laundromat withing walking distance of the place and is pretty reasonable. I highly recommend this place for your stay!!!!!!!! The bed is very comfy !!!!!!!!!!!
