Great stay
We sold our home quicker than expected and rented Jake and Nina's place for a month. The home was in excellent shape. It appears almost brand new. The furniture was comfortable and in great shape as well. The home had nice separation of space for our teenage kids as well as a dedicated office area. Jake and Nina were very easy to work with- instructions were clear and experience was turnkey.

My family(4) had a great stay while our home was being remodeled! Our timeline required some flexibility and the hosts were accommodating when we needed to extend our lease a few times.

Great Midterm Rental!
We were remodeling our house and this rental was perfect for our family for a few months! The hosts were easy to communicate with and the home was modern and well-appointed. We recommend this home to anyone needing turnkey, mid-term housing!
