Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 months on our recent travel contract in San Jose. We cannot say enough good things about Jude and his property! The apartment was perfect for us and our dog. Very clean, the neighborhood is safe and walkable, and the yard was perfect for our dog. Jude was a fantastic landlord, always very timely with addressing any needs we had and great at communicating. We highly recommend this apartment.

The space itself is bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed. From a fully equipped kitchen to a laundry area and cozy furniture, this space features well-maintained indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing or working. The neighborhood is a huge highlight: safe, clean, and walkable, and close to amenities. A special thank you to Jude, who was attentive, communicative, and respectful of our privacy throughout the stay. He made the move-in and out process seamless and was always available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. He went above and beyond, and never seemed put out.

Excellent Property and Manager

I lived here as a single professional. The property is excellent for a traveling professional with a private entrance - private back yard and isolation from neighbors . The cottage is comfortable and roomy for one person and easily manageable for two people. With washer/dryer and a functional kitchen you have a simple but uplifting place to live and enjoy the neighborhood. Five stars - Id live in the unit again, enjoyed my time and always had privacy and ease of living my life. This was exactly what a busy professional needs if you need a simple living solution.

Great stay at a very private-feeling cottage

My partner and I stayed here for almost three months during the fall. There are plenty of windows to bring in light but you can't see neighbors or the main house through any of them. The couch is really comfy and can be rearranged to be an L shape or one long couch, which was helpful when one of us had covid and had to sleep in the living room! The neighborhood is safe and nice to walk around, with a nearby park we would often walk to. If you come during Christmas time the neighborhood is all lit up and looks so cool at night. Though small, the cottage was perfectly functional and comfortable for us and we would recommend a stay here!
