Excellent property, convenient location, and amazing people!

I had a great time staying at 605E 10th st. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities working great. The house was delightfully furnished and clean, the bathroom was comfortable and modern, and the kitchen was very functional and easy to use and clean. The location was close to the beach and to many nearby stores and groceries without being too far from highway as well, the streets were also remarkably calm for being right across from the hospital, and John was an amazing and gracious host, attending to every need and made the the whole process smooth and effortless. Would highly recommend for its price and comfort, if looking for a short or longer term stay and a warm bed with all you’d expect from the comforts of your own home.

A great price for such a spacious place!!

I had the pleasure of staying at John's place for a month. His son Alex helped me get all set up and was always available if I needed anything. The place had some very interesting antique furniture, but I found everything that I needed in the house. I enjoyed the big living room TV, comfortable beds, and having a washer and dryer. Although the street can be busy sometimes with sirens and traffic, and getting mail orders can be a fun adventure, the place is peaceful and safe. I would definitely recommend this place to people wanting to have a spacious, affordable place near the beach!
