In this apartment the tenant has great privacy. It is very clean. It is on a two-acre property, so no close neighbors, which makes for little traffic and quiet conditions. It is in a country-like setting, but still close to all medical facilities and shopping. Very few apartments allow pets, but the tenant may have a pet here.
