My home away from home for 6+ months

This bright and colorful space is conveniently located in a quiet historical neighborhood. It is close to IU, restaurants, walking trails, and highway access. The hosts are very responsive and respectful of your privacy. Moving in was simple because starter toiletries, some basic cooking and cleaning supplies were already provided. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in unit laundry made my longterm stay especially comfortable. I also appreciated having my own garage spot, private entrance, and mailbox. This unit is located over the garage, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs and hear the garage door opening/closing. I had a perfectly wonderful experience staying here.

This property is very comfortable and convenient to everything. The property owners were great and very accommodating! I would stay here again if I return to Indianapolis. Its a gem!!! I loved it!

The apartment is in a great location. Very cozy and comfortable. All the amenities I needed for my stay were provided. Host was very responsive and friendly, they make me feel welcome . I loved the place!!

Wonderful stay - conveniently located!

I loved staying in this property! This carriage home is a separate unit on the same property as the host's home, in a safe, historical neighborhood. I loved the location - it is a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants on Mass Ave and the beautiful new Bottleworks District. The host provided little touches that made me feel at home - toiletries, laundry and cleaning supplies, and everything I needed in the kitchen. She was quick to respond when I asked a couple of questions about the area. The apartment itself is spacious, has updated appliances, and was very clean. I had more storage than I needed, loved being able to do laundry in the apartment, and appreciated having my own garage spot and entry. I fully recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Indy!
