I stayed at Jimmys place for 11 months. Any issues were addressed immediately, communication was always prompt and clear, and I never felt like a bother when I did reach out about questions/concerns/inquiry. Not that there were many at all. There’s plenty of street parking and the driveway is first come first serve. Amazon/deliveries were easy. Either they brought it to my front door or left it on the big front porch. His other tenants were friendly. There’s a washer/dryer right there which meant not having to go to a laundry mat and others were considerate about removing items once they were finished. I move a lot for work but I’ll return to his rental if it’s open when I come to Memphis. Not all landlords are created equal and I’m telling you that you’re in great hands with him.

Incredible Hospitality

My stay here felt extremely hospitable and welcoming. Jimmy was an incredible host and made sure throughout my stay that I was well taken care of and felt at home. Definitely a host I would rent from over and over. The apartment itself was clean and organized and a little cozy. Will be renting from Jimmy again!

Awesome stay!

Completed a month-long rotation at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and was it great to come home to a nice, clean stay each night. Window units kept the place nice and cool and the kitchen was perfect for food prep. Jimmy was a great host and always available to answer any question. Highly recommend!!

You ou wont find better

As a travel nurse a clean, safe, and well managed place is not always easy to find. These apartments and Jimmy are top notch and I was lucky to stumble upon these. If you are a travel nurse or anyone else looking for rentals, look no further. You wont regret the decision to live in these apartments. Thanks Jimmy for a great place to stay.

amazing property and owner

Mr. Jimmy is by far the best owner/landlord one could ever have! He is very attentive and communicates quickly and clearly. He will help in any way, for any needs or wants, as quickly as possible. His properties are clean and furnished/decorated to look very modern and awesome. I felt like I was at home but away from home. I honestly couldn't ask for a better rental or owner. If you skip out on renting from Mr Jimmy you are making a huge mistake!

Pleasant surprise

Memphis has a bad rep, but Midtown in general, and this location in particular, are gems. The apartment building dates back to the early 20th century, but is in great condition. This is the case for the whole neighborhood and coming home after work was always a pleasure due to the fantastic architecture in the area. A grocery store is within walking distance and there are plenty of neat places in the area to eat/hang out; especially at Crosstown Concourse in the old Sears building in the neighborhood which also dates back to the early 20th century. The host was prompt to respond when needed and the neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and safe. If you are working in the Memphis area, I highly recommend this location and host.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street

J is professional and accommodating and the apartment was beautifully remodeled. The neighbors were also friendly as well as the neighborhood quiet. Located on a beautiful street lined with many of the historic houses Memphis has to offer! Would stay again!

Everything you need

This place was just perfect for my 3 month stay in memphis. It had everything I needed, it was clean and the landlord was extremely attentive and responsive when needed. Really close to the hospitals.

Good space

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The landlord was excellent, always responsive and helpful when needed. The apartment itself offered ample space and was well-equipped with necessities, including a large TV and a functional kitchen. Its location near Union Ave, Crosstown Concourse, and Overton Park was convenient and appealing. The bed was comfortable, the neighbors were quiet, and the area felt reasonably safe. The AC unit efficiently cooled the space as well. The only drawbacks were the heating, which was somewhat insufficient during the winter months due to only a small wall heater and a space heater being available. Additionally, the nearby Kroger, although close, felt less inviting at night, leading me to avoid it. Also, make sure you don't leave anything in your car visible and make sure it's locked and watch your packages. In conclusion, this apartment is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience, with a few considerations.
