Stayed here for my summer internship and it was great! The landlord was such a great guy and totally accommodating for anything I needed. The place is pretty close to the mall so it was very easy for me to get to work. The room was also really nice and suited all my needs perfectly. Overall a 10/10.

Great Spot
This was a terrific place to stay during my 10 week summer internship. Though small, its a neat and nicely decorated house with plenty of amenities. The location is convenient with great access to Cap Hill and the National Mall. Most importantly, the landlord is very friendly, accommodating and a good communicator. I recommend this place for folks looking for an economical and conveniently located stay in Washington.

Nice and convenient stay. Close to shopping and amenities. Landlord was accommodating. 4 Month lease helped with my out of state transition.
