The property has beautiful landscaping in front and back with a nice patio for outdoor dining in the back. Also depending on the time of year, the vegetable garden is quite bountiful! There is an office in the garage where the current tenant works.

Lovely Location
I stayed here for 8months working a split building contract. This location is great! I worked two SNFs: one in Santa Monica and one in Inglewood, this location was pretty much in between both facilities. It was an easy route getting to either building as it's close enough for easy access to 405 and 10. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is near shopping areas/grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and a recreation center. The house (as the description states) has two rooms for rent with ample storage and space. The other bedroom is furnished like a second living room, I'd watch movies and play games on my switch here quite a bit. Sarah is very kind, friendly, and overall a wonderful host. She is so knowledgeable about the area & has great recommendations of places to visit. If I ever get another contract within the west LA metropolitan areas like Santa Monica, Venice, Inglewood etc. I will definitely stay here again!
