Spacious house with a large yard and tons of parking. We have doggies (see pics) and theyre very sweet. Only 1 sheds (the smallest one).Right near I5 and within walking distance to anything youd need to survive. Im a recent empty nester in my feral era. :) Being a single woman, I prefer only women roommates. Were VERY easy going around here, sometimes wild, and always happy.
Space
The room is quite spacious and bright. the bed is really comfy, we are super fun and chill, and the doggies are very cute and friendly. The kitchen has everything youll need. There is a queen sized bed, 4-drawer dresser, vanity, closet and tv. Two large windows bring in a lot of light and air but also black-out curtains for day sleeping/resting. Its cozy here. We are 420 friendly.
Neighborhood overview
Great neighborhood w no HOA, all fabulous and safe neighbors. We are walking distance to shopping, very close to the freeway, and an overall dope location.

Home - A Peaceful refuge -
You feel like this is your home, not that you're a renter in someone's home. The decor and lighting are peaceful and relaxing. The bedroom has windows from 2 sides letting light in, which I didn't know how much I would enjoy. For groceries, you can walk to the store. Costco and I5 are minutes away. Centrally located to most anything you will need. If you love dogs, The house pets are a bonus. Loving, playful, and just wonderful.

Great Housing
I lived here for almost 5 months and it was wonderful to live here! Very nice house, adorable dogs, and great amenities. Lyndsae and her daughter are very welcoming, accommodating, and fun to live with! Great neighborhood, not too far from downtown Olympia, and there is a grocery store nearby. The room is spacious and receives a lot of sunlight which was a bonus. Huge backyard space with a lovely garden that I got to help tend, and there is always parking available. Sad to leave my new friends but had such a great experience never a dull moment. Cannot say enough nice things about the property and the people!
