Property was good landlord is shady
It's a decent studio no tv unless requested I had to replace the burner plates cuz they were missing after checking out they claim stuff was missing but never actually reached out to me but I have full video of everything as it was when I checked in and when I left. Good luck with them.

Great location blocks away from the U of A and down the street from a coffee and brewery location. Safe area to live and the property manager made it an easy transition for me to move in. He was willing to go on facetime to show me the apartment, receptive and always responsive. When I showed up the apartment was clean, just renovated, new furniture and had everything I needed to live there for 5 months, (including coffee and tea packets with a keureg machine, shampoo& conditioner, etc). Paul was a great host and if I come back to Tucson to work I will be staying here again!

Excellent, professional temporary housing service - would rent again any time
The property was very clean, well equipped with starter kit for everything (dishes, soaps, paper towel, toiletries, trash bags, etc.), and available on time and on very short notice. The property provides ample parking opportunity, and features a pool as well. Potential technical issues are promptly resolved by a mere phone call and/or text message. This is a very professional temporary housing service. Would rent any time again without hesitation.
